This resource collection relates to the federal law that guarantees early intervention and early childhood special education services for children with disabilities from birth to age 5. IDEA regulations apply to children in Head Start programs across all program options, including center-based, home-based, family child care, and locally designed options. They also apply to all child care partners who serve EHS children.
